Unless you want to call it LOUSY, RUDE customer service! What has happened to them! I have called and complained about missed calls and voice mails, including no notification that the call came in. People have told me that they have left voice mails for me at the correct number and I not only don't show the missed call but there is no voice mail. The people at Customer Service are rude, blamed me, and refused to put their superior on the phone. I was told there is no way to escalate the issue to anyone above the supervisors on the phone who are NO HELP! The problem continues ad there is no way to talk to anyone who knows what the heck is going on. From the list of complaints I see when I Google the issue, it has been going on for years and the agents I spoke with denied that anyone else is having this problem. Any suggestions (besides switching providers, which is what I may need to do since I have past the contract date anyway....)?????
I would call directly to tech support and ask if they can have a ticket submitted regarding the dropped/missed calls - otherwise it could be a defective device. Sorry to hear about the issues you're having with customer service, never had a bad experience myself with them - but bypassing customer service and going directly to tech may be helpful.

I too occasionally miss a call that goes directly to voice mail. even though I have the phone in my pocket... I don't get a ring tone.
This is very disturbing because one reason a person wants a cell phone is to receive real time calls which can be very important...going to voice mail without notification immediately is not acceptable service!
