Contact number or email?

Does anyone know of a phone number or an email address where I can communicate with an actual human being at Verizon? 800-922-0204 keeps dropping me and telling me to call from my wireless device, but I'm abroad and cannot use my wireless device. I've spent half an hour looking for an email address or a phone number that will work - nothing. This is deeply disappointing in terms of customer service.

I apologize for the problems you've had trying to reach us. We don't have an email address, these are the options to contact us http://vz.to/1HiY5LA. You can also follow these steps http://vz.to/1suetAh to reach our Global Department. Once you reach them, they can transfer you to the department you need.

I needed to make. In the event that I cannot access a landline in the

future, is there a Skype friendly number I can call? Thank you.
