I live in ZIP 56510, experiencing about 85% of my calls either dropped or can't even be connected due to a "all circuits busy" message. I've had verizon for a long time, currently using an iphone 5s and I have very good CDMA coverage. Issue isn't resolved after multiple network resets. It also occurs on my wife's Verizon iPhone 5s. I live within a mile of a Verizon tower as well.
