I have a iPhone X max and I have never had more than 2 bars LTE...... ever. The service I get on my phone is absolutely horrid. I know it's something with my phone or account because I'm currently standing next to 2 other Verizon users who have 4 bars and are able to use data just fine, one is streaming. Me? My phone is struggling to send a text msg, it takes about 5 mins for the google page to load. It has been like this since we switched back to Verizon and we are very disappointed in the service we are receiving. My wife's phone is having the exact same issues as my phone.
