Confirm service cancellation

I recently transferred my vzw number to a new carrier, so my device shows up as suspended (in online account view).  I am paid in full.  Do I need to do anything else to cancel my verizon wireless account/service?  I don't want to receive another $80+ bill next month for a suspended device.

You line will show as suspended until the end of your billing cycle, when the account will cancel.
