I have a complaint I have a payment arrangement for Aug 31 that I set up this past Sunday My phone keeps getting turned off I talked to someone yesterday they reconnected my phone and put on your system to leave my phone on Well today it got turned off I came online talked to someone got the run around then I talked to another rep got this worked out my phone is on now I know my account is past due I will pay it all up here soon I have documentation (chat transcripts and etc) I need my phone to stay on. this keeps up I’m changing carriers.

Did you make the payment agreement with the financial services department at 866.266.1445? I didn't think they were open on Sunday.
