one department says i can upgrade my lines and another say i cant i have Ben Giving the run around through Verizon financial dept and customer service.For your info one line was already updated through Verizon. so we went to Best buy the following week to try to get iphone 5c and galaxy s5 and to my surprise i couldn't. Your customer service really needs help in how to treat people with respect.I just want this issue resolved i can be contacted at my number or my email directly.lets just say we have Ben with you for a number of years my next step is to contact the Better Business bureau one very Frustrated customer please i would like someone to contact me right away email (removed)

You should be able to check your upgrade eligibility online any time via MyVerizon. This is probably the most accurate date...
