Why is the service along the Colorado Front Range so bad all of the sudden? I drop calls all of the time, in areas that never used to.

I never want to hear service is not up to our standards. Let's get started and restore service. May I have a zip code for the area. Right after a call drops can you call out? What phone make/model do you have?

My home zip code is 80106.
Phone is the galaxy s5
Typically I can call out right after it drops. It will drop at my house
while the phone still shows signal. I have not had this problem until the
past couple of months.
Also experience this problem in 80104, 80107 and 80116.
There are some dead spots that have always been there but lately it has
gotten worse.

Thank you for providing your information as I understand the importance of having good service without dropping calls. I want you to be able to use our service without these difficulties. Now those zip codes you provided show we have the coverage and the zip code of 80106 shows it boarders a no service area. Are you having service trouble mainly on the indoors or outdoors while you are at house? When you experianced this same issue in the the zip codes mentioned while on the indoors or outdoors? Share more details so I can find a solution to help fix this problem.

The problem happens indoors and outdoors at all locations.
My house location is barley in the 80106 area code. I am on the north west
edge of that zip code.
As I stated before, the service was good at my home location indoors and
out until approximately 2 to 3 months ago.
I upgrade my phone from the iPhone 4s thinking maybe it was part of the
problem but the new phone is no better.
I can be talking to someone in my house and it is working good and without
moving it drops the call.
I can call right back and it will work for a minute or two and then drop
again. All of this without moving.
It does this inside and outside.

I can imagine how frustrating it can be when trying to have a phone conversation and your calls drop BuddyS71. As I looked at the coverage for the area, I do show this is an area of opportunity. However, I understand this recently just started three months ago and service was good prior to that. Did you make any recent changes to your phone such as any new apps or software to your phone when this started?
Thank You,

I changed from an iPhone 4S to the Galaxy 5S
As I stated, we are in what your map shows as good coverage. We will have a
good signal but drop the call.
This happened with the iPhone and now with the new phone.
It happens with my wife's phone as well.
My business partner has an iPhone 6 and has the same issues.
At lunch today in the middle of Castle Rock we both lost signal, didnt
totally loose it but went to 1 bar and this is in Castle Rock, 80104
I have heard from other Verizon customers around our area that they have
the same issues.

I appreciate all the additional ifnormation provided BuddyS71. This will help us get to the bottom of your network concerns. Since there are multiple Verizon Wireless customers in the area experiencing the same issue, have you filed a Network Ticket with our Network Engineers?
Thank You,
