Circuits are Busy message

In the last week's 2 of our 4 Verizon cells have been constantly unreachable with callers getting the  All Circuits are Busy message.  The 2 cells in the 82637 zip work fine with each other but nobody can get through to the 2 in the 56649 zip.

If these phones are not smartphones or run on the 3G network, try doing a "PRL update" with your phone by calling *288 and then option 2. This will update your phone to the nearest tower.

4G phone? Try turning airplane mode on, turning the phone off and then back on (manually, not through any "restart" options) and then turn the airplane mode back off and after a minute or so the 4G network should be working better afterwords. This has a similar effect to the PRL update mentioned for 3G phones.
