- yet another bully on this "community" forum. How about stay out of it unless your user name is associated w/ Verizon & you truly intend to offer assistance. If that isn't the case then leave customers that are already upset. If it's to the point of posting on a forum to vent after failed attempts w/ CS we don't need your input. When a customer is told an issue is/will be resolved & it doesnt it serves no purpose for you to instigate it further. You are simply making a bad situation worse.
