I'm sorry to hear about the issues you're experiencing with your service. I know how I depend on my phone for just about everything. I'm more than happy to take a deeper look into this to see if we can pinpoint what's going on. Upon review of the zip codes you provided, I wasn't able to see any ongoing alert/outage. Are you still experiencing service issues? If so can you describe what happens when you try to use your service?
