Poor Cell Coverage Recently
Is there anyway to report spotty coverage? Did Verizon loose a few towers? I have one bar in 3G, when I used to have (past 7 years) have had LTE service with 2-4 bars.. Help?

Call customer service at 1-800-922-0204 from a landline or *611 from your phone to report it.
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

Cell coverage has been getting worse since the first of November. I used
to have full LTE at my house and surrounding areas, or at least I never
ever noticed 3G as a signal strength until the beginning of November. I
got a new Iphone 6, and thought is was defective due to very poor signal,
dropping calls, no network connections etc. Got a new phone, got a new SIM
card and the realized the signal quality was poor at my house in 92084 and
moving east into 92069, west into 92083 but better continuing southwest
into 92081. There are cell towers there and the coverage has been good in
the past. I do not get any LTE at my house any longer, and now have 3g and
at times 1X shows up. Did Verizon loose a tower that covers that valley?

Rsnow760,
Thank you so much for those details. I want to make sure that we find that 4G LTE service for you. I was able to review the areas that you have provided us and it looks great. Since you have had the iPhone 6 have you tried to even do a Reset of the Network Settings? You can do that by going into Settings, General, Reset, Reset Network Settings. Then please re-test the network. Also, if you go into Settings, Cellular, make sure that enable LTE is on for Voice and Data, also make sure that Roaming is set for both voice and data. Please keep us posted.

THanks for getting back to me.. I"ve done the network re-set twice now, and
even had VZW tech support do the same thing. I've had HD voice taken off
as well, then the new phone, then the new SIM Card... Still crappy
coverage.. Maybe, Just Maybe you could look at the service in my area?
Oh.. Btw. Iphone 5, Same problem same location, Iphone 5s same problems
same locations. I have four phones on my account.. It was not until I
switched my sim card I began to as the other users in my house? YEP same
problem. Love the 1X signal strength.. thats fun...
As an aside? I've checked the LTE map and I'm not even in the "extended
LTE" box shown in the zipcode.. Full LTE.. Well except in my house, on my
street, or in my neighborhood... There is that.

Thanks for your troubleshooting efforts Rsnow760! While our goal is to provide the best service everywhere, wireless signal can be impacted by several factors outside of our control with structural interference ranking high on the list; hence why we are not able to guarantee indoor service. You indicate that contacted our tech support by phone, did our tech rep submit a ticket to our network team to review your area?

Nope, and its not just inside my house.. Got that one figured out. Dropped
calls on the road as well. Actually indoors, Wifi will override any
network data issues, so I notice it less actually inside.. Please submit a
trouble ticket....

Rsnow760,
Thanks for the information, we can definitely work on that. WE do need to follow other steps before that can be done. You mentioned the problem started with the iPhone 6 in November, and later you mentioned you has issues with your iPhone 5S, is this a device active on the account or an old phone? Please send me a Direct Message so I can assist.
