I did a carrier update in the 08215 zip code and now I can barely make phone calls. People can't here me. It won't dial out most times. Been here for 10years with minimal issues. Reset phones have data and voice roam on. Went through everything.
How is do we get this fixed? AT&T service is full bars out here???
How good is the LTE service in your area? Most phones today are defaulting to "Voice + Data" for LTE. On iPhones this under the "Enable LTE" section. If voice calls are a problem, switch this to "Data" only but also be sure to let Verizon CS know about the coverage issue, since 3G will go away someday.
On other phones, LTE calling is "HD Voice" under the Advanced Calling Settings in the phone's settings app.
TRISHD278, we want to fix things for you on our network. Which make/model phone do you have? What type of call are you having difficulty making? Does this happen on all calls or when calling certain phone numbers? How's your service when you leave Egg Harbor, NJ?
