Every time I dial my brother's landline number, I either get a message that the "Verizon wireless customer you are trying to reach..." (and he isn't a Verizon wireless customer) or "all circuits are busy" . I can call his AT&T cell phone, though, but he rarely has his phone on when he is at home. (I'll bet I won't have this problem with AT&T or Sprint.)

We want to make sure that you always have the ability to get in contact with your family members, PAUKIN69. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Are you including the area code when you dial his landline? Do you just call the 7 digit number? Have you tried both with the same results. Have you spoken to your brother to see if other Verizon users are experiencing the same issue when they call his landline?
