Both my husband and I can not make outgoing calls. If by chance we can the other person can not hear us. I even tried to call verizon *611 and it will not go through. We can text and get incoming calls. What is going on? How can we fix this when we can't even talk to Verizon.
How long have you been having this issue? Also, are you able to use your other services (text messages and cellular data)?
