A sales rep and a supervisor could not help me with this, and I just wanted to get advice and see if there's really nothing that can be done.
Today only, the cranberry Razr is available for free online. I wanted to get that for my mom's line.
A few days ago, I ordered a Droid DNA, and because I was on the unlimited plan, they made me to switch to a share everything plan. So, now there is a pending order, and my DNA doesn't come until tomorrow. It won't let me upgrade the other line because of the pending order, and they say nothing can be done about it.
Can't the order be cancelled, then order the Razr and the share everything plan, then I can just activate my DNA tomorrow when I get it? I don't see why this would be a problem. They keep telling me it's not possible because I haven't received the device that the pending order is for, but I don't understand why.
By the time my phone gets here, the free cranberry Razr will no longer be available.
I actually might be able to get the phone from Fedex today, so never mind.
