Help! I'm trying to download a voice message stored on my phone, Its a voice message from my Dad, who has passed away. I'm trying to download it so I can save it before getting a new phone this weekend. I can hear the message from my phone, but cannot find the file anywhere on the device manager or in phone files for download. Any help would be appreciated!!!
What phone are you using and version?
Using a phone with basic visual voice mail (My Verizon Features and Apps) I believe you can access that voicemail from the phone after enabling that feature and then save it to the phone where you can then save it to a PC.
another suggestion ... if you have a speaker on the phone .. and a micro phone on your computer.. (laptop should have built in microphone... play the message on speaker from the phone and record it to your computer.. than if you want you can transfer (save) there on the computer and copy also to a flash drive... by doing that,, you will not have to worry about going in within so many days and resaving the message so the system doesn't automatically delete it.. it will be safe on a flash drive..
If you have cloud ..you can save there to until you decide where you want to keep it.. best to you..
