I just bought the LG Env2 for my daughter on Saturday and I have not been able to log into the Chaperone website to set it up. I keep getting an error that says System Temporarily Unavailable. Please try again in a few minutes. Is anyone else having this problem? Does this happen very often?

I'm have the same issue, I bought a G'zOne on Saturday 5/9/09, with Chaperone service, and have gotten the same message: "Error System Temporarily Unavailable. Please try again in a few minutes." when trying to log into the web site. It has been happening to me for 3 days continuouly. Let me know if you find an answer.

make sure parent and child phones have all blocks/locks taken taken off while u set up chaperone on both phones. Give the customer service person the time u would like to put the lock back on ur childs phone. u just need to get the block/lock off ur childs phone during set up. once set, chaperone will work with the block/locks in place on the chils phone. good luck.
WHO KNOWS THE FASTEST WAY TO GET TO THE WEBPAGE AND THE LOCATE BUTTON. EVERYTIME I GO ROUND AND ROUND TO FIND IT. THAT's HOW I GOT HERE. HA!
