I am currently deployed in Afghanistan and need to temporarily suspend my service without billing for about 45 more days. The Verizon Wireless seems to be having some major issues lately... When I follow the link to Suspend my service I only receive an error message saying "temporarily unavailable". When I try to use the online chat, it says all reps are busy and never connects... I have tried all methods on the site for over a week without progress. I do not have access to a land line, how much longer will the site's functions be down? Can you suspend this for me so I am not billed while I am out of country and not able to use the service? Thanks in advance,
