I had a Cosmos LG which I exchanged Fri. June 1st in Johnson City, Tenn. I exchanged it for a SAMSUNG STRATOSPHERE never had any trouble with the service until I got home. We live in Clintwood, Va., and have never had any trouble with our service until now, are there anyway that you can help, without me having to go back to the Verizon store in Norton, Va.? Thank You

This site is a that is mostly customer to customer site.

Did the phone work when at the store?
