The zip code is 60018, Rosemont, IL.  I'm at a company meeting at the Hyatt Regency O'Hare Hotel.  I had service on Monday, but it went out yesterday morning and is still out.  I'm in a meeting with about 50 others people who also have Verizon and cannot access service.  This is very frustrating when so many of us are conducting business via our phones.  I called a few hours ago & had a network ticket issued [removed].  I have not received an update via text.  We're all in this same meeting all day tomorrow as well, so we'd like this resolved as soon as possible.  We have several people with Sprint & ATT, and they are having no issues whatsoever.

It is certainly never fun when your does not function properly. It looks as though the network ticket is currently being worked for a resolution. What type of phone do you have? Have you tried a reset of network settings?
