I hate new voice mail service - each message reads sender's phone number and time stamp before the actual message!
Each new voice mail message I receive, I have to first listen to recording of sender's phone number and date and time received before I hear the actual message! I used to hear the message and then choose to hear the phone number or time stamp if I wanted either by selecting them. I hate having to wait to hear message until after the sender's phone number and time stamp is read! Takes too long!
You have the envelope information turned on. You can turn it off. In options or preferences there should be an selection for envelope information and the ability to turn it off or on.
