Can I get a credit for a discount that disappeared?

When I signed up with Verizon I was receiving a 22% employer discount.  I recently reviewed my bill and found that I have not been receiving that discount since August 2013.  I need a credit to my account for the missing discount going back to August 2013

Unfortunately, you are not going to get the credit.

Verizon started re-verifying the eligibility of employee discounts last year. If you ignored your notice, or it was intercepted by your spam filter when received and therefore did not verify your eligibility, you would have lost the discount within around 30 days after the notice.

I received my notice last April, I believe, and verified immediately.

You can re-apply for your discount HERE.

We want you receiving any possible discounts, Sergeltd. As rcschnoor mentioned, there has been requests made to revalidate employement over the past year to ensure our customer continue to receive the discounts appropriately. I have sent you a follow request here in the forum. Please access https://community.verizonwireless.com/actions to accept my request and follow me https://community.verizonwireless.com/people/jenniferh_vzw back so you can send me a private message https://community.verizonwireless.com/docs/DOC-1613 with your name and I can check into what happened with your discount if you are still employed with that company and went through the verification process.

Thank you
