Can I change the amount of rings on before voice mail answers?

How to change number of rings?  calling 58# does not work, recorded message call will not go through...

You cannot change the amount of rings. This is no longer possible.

Good question.  You are not able to change the number of rings before voice mail picks up.  You can remove voice mail, if you want.

You have 30 seconds to answer before it goes to VM.
