Back in May my phone started to breakup during phone calls and it would drop calls, sometimes three to four times before I could finish the phone call. My local Verizon store told me I needed a new phone. I got a new phone. It still is happening, not only with me, but my daughters phone too. I have been to my local Verizon store numerous times and cannot get this issue resolved. I have a LG extravert and my daughter has a LG Cosmos. This is really starting to make me mad. I pay by bill every month and get service that really sucks.
