I have 2 VZ phones from NYC - one personal phone and the other company phone.
I will be traveling oversea in 2 weeks and plan to leave my personal phone at home and forward all calls to my company phone.
The question is will my personal phone incur Internal Long Distance charges when I answered my company phone while in oversea? Please note my personal will be in NYC and company phone will be with me oversea.

To answer your question, your personal line will not incur any international charges because it's noy leaving the USA. Only your business phone will incur the international charges since it will be the device you have while traveling oversea.
