A verizon rep extended the contract by 1 year during a phone conversation. She never mentioned that a contract extension was involved if she gave me 100 bonus/promotional minutes. They can review the recorded phone conversation to verify this. This is so unfair. Is there a way to contact someone in the corporate office regarding this? I have already contacted a Verizon manager.

Same thing happened to me after I was offered an extra GB of promotional data + $10 off my monthly bill due to issues with my service, and it was not once mentioned my contract would be extended. Since the offer was so insignificant (already paying for 10GB and over $200 a month) I actually turned it down since it was a poor response to the real issue and did not find out until afterwards it would have extended my contract.
