I need to call in on the phone and change my billing information. It appears impossible for Verizon to do anything but mouth apologies concerning this issue.

Yes, they consistently mess my bill up. I signed up in March, 2015 and each of the 5 months I've been with Verizon they have overcharged me. This is 5 times in a row. How can they still operate and not address that situation. I see there are tons of other people on these forums having the same issues. Please file a complaint with the better business bureau so something can be addressed here.
