We recently bought an RV in a seasonal campground on Oak Lake in Pine County Minnesota. We have good service when we are on Interstate 35W but service drops when we reach the campground. Can we request a coverage analysis for the area? There is an AT&T tower that is visible from our RV but we have been Verizon customers for nearly 20 years and would hate to switch to AT&T at this time just because of the hole in our Verizon service when at the campground.
Please reply with information on how to request improved Verizon coverage. Nearest good service is when we are in Moose Lake MN
