Hello. We've been with Verizon for 10+ years. We have four phones on our plan, only one of which is a smart phone.  We would like to upgrade to four smart phones. After spending over an hour speaking to a Verizon rep last week, found out the cost for four smart phones would be almost $250 per month.  Disappointed that there is no loyal customer discount, I called the other mobile companies and spoke with countless friends and family.  AT&T was only $160 per month for four phones.  Is Verizon willing to meet this deal?  I am reaching out online because I just don't have another hour to spend on the phone with customer service!! Any thoughts? Similar experiences? Etc....Thank you!

That $160 per month from AT&T does not include the phone payments.  That alone could run you $25-35 easily per line, per month + taxes.

Verizon has the same $160 for 4 lines as well - also does not include the phone payments.  Verizon Edge - Verizon Wireless

If you don't use much data, and the network works for you, T-Mobile is a cheaper service.  But if you are considering it, make sure to order their Test Drive phone for a week (It's free with a $$$ hold on a CC) to see really how their service works in your area.
