Guarentee for what? You sign up for a plan, and don't like it? - switch to a different plan next week. On the other hand Verizon does not change plans once you have selected it. Ask anyone on this forum that still has unlimitted data - Vzn may limit their options but they haven't changed those plans or pricing. You are NEVER locked into a plan, so the plan details are NOT part of a contract
Your original question was (in a nut shell) what are the details of the MoreEverything 700 min plan. The answer to that question was answered in the first few responses by users who are pretty well versed in Verizons plans - yet you weren't satisfied. If you didn't want to accept these answers - why the hell did you ask in the first place.
What's available now? That's the problem. If only someone at Verizon would tell me what is being offered, I could then choose to take it or leave it. Why all the mystery? It's like paying in advance for a box that may or may not be empty.

Since taxes and fees varies by state they won't be able to give you an exact amount you'll pay per month.
When you sign up in store you'll get a receipt which is in writing of your plan. You ALWAYS get this regardless if you are new customer or old customer. So if you want something in writing go to a store.
And what's with the hostility? Have we met? Do I owe you money or something? Why are you making this a personal assault? Take it down a notch. I asked a question that HAS NOT been answered definitively. If I take your word for it, will Verizon stand by your promises? I doubt that. Unless you are a Verizon employee, you cannot speak for the company. I appreciate your advice but if you really can't help, then please just move on. No need to get ugly.
Back up a minute here. I just amazed at the fact you spent hours looking for something. Seems like you took the most obscure route in your searching. Most people would find that detail over finding these forums.
Another way you could have gotten current plans is to ask a sales rep from a Verizon authorized dealer or Verizon wireless store themselves and ask for their brochure of their current plans.
Here's the problem with the internet. You will NEVER get full translation of language because you will never get visual and verbal cues. Never assume the worse until someone swears or starts name calling.
FYI that's from Verizon themselves... When you sign up and if you do it in store you sign the contract and have 14 days to go over it. It's on your receipt the plan you signed up and everything. So Verizon is contractually obligated at that point.
