Bad service

I'm in an area that's just south of town (46750) and the signal is always weak, but if using during the wee hours it works great with the same weak signal. Which I believe means there's just not enough bandwidth coming off the tower during peak hours, so why can't this be fixed??

We understand the importance of having a working service for your area. I would feel the same way as a customer if my services were not working as needed as well. With regard to your service issues when did this start for you? Are there other customers with the same issues that you've mentioned?
