Bad service asking for booster

I have been a customer of verizon since 2002 and was even a sales supervisor for the company for a few years.  I love the service but unfortunately I just moved and my service in my new place is beyond bad.  I drop calls dont get messages and the lack of service kills my battery.  There is service but it drops in and out.  Does verizon have a program for its long term customers to get a signal booster when it is needed.  I am thinking of adding a 5th line to my account but this service issue is holding me back.  Any thing that you could do would be a huge help.

Thank you for your time

forkead,

We absolutely appreciate your loyalty as a customer and definitely want you to have the service you need where you need it. While we do not have any specific programs for providing network extenders we can certainly review options that may be available to you specifically based on your coverage area. Please give our Technical Support representatives a call at 800-922-0204 to discuss options.

Yep, unfortunately no free network extenders. You will need to buy either a Verizon network extender (3g only), a booster or switch to a provider with a tower closer to your new home.

I agree with DigitalRules' response. Or you can look into you enabling WiFi calling on your capable devices. Plus with Advanced Calling you can use Messages+ to receive calls over WiFi. Or you could get a landline and forward calls to that. Lots of solutions.

Yes, you can purchase a network extender at the following location. You need a broadband internet connection for it to work.

Samsung Network Extender (SCS-2U01) - Verizon Wireless

As an alternative, Verizon has wifi calling on many of the newer phones which may be able to alleviate your service problems. Of course you need a wifi router with broadband service in order for this to work, too.
