Why is it so hard to email Customer Service? I went into a Verizon store to get a screen protector for my Samsung S III. They had none in stock, but said there was a shipment coming on Thursday. I went in on Thursday, the shipment did not come and it would be in on Friday so they would hold a screen protector for me.. I explained I lived more than 13 miles from the store, was a cancer patient undergoing radiation. I did not make it in to the store on Friday. When I went in today, the salesman said they had sold it already, and would have more on Tuesday. I told him never mind, I'd order one on line.
