Backup assistant website locks up. I can not do anything with my account. I want to clear the storage and print my contacts. No joy. Internal server fault. Two days of that.

This is a peer to peer community forum and not a direct link to Customer Service. However you did manage to mark the post as a question so a VZW rep is likely to respond. When they will, is unknown as it could be days.

We're here to assist and provide resolution to your issue. There are no issues being reported with the website at this time. Are you able to try from another browser or computer to access backup assistant? You can also clear the cache and history from your current browser. Please share if this helps.
