I entered street addresses into Back Up Assistant on my computer, but they do not sync to my phone. Phone numbers sync just fine. What is the problem?
What kind of phone do you have?
It's likely that the fields for addresses on your phone and in backup assistant are not the same - although they may look the same, the format, the name, the way it is set up in the database on the phone and on BUA is different enough that they are not seen as the same so the information does not transfer.
If you have a smartphone, whether Android or BB, there are better ways to back up your contact list (with addresses) than BUA. It's fine for names and phone numbers but beyond that, I haven't found it to be reliable. Most basic phones don't even have fields for addresses, so I'm curious which phone you do have.
