I am so glad for Luckydragon13, for getting a reply back, But I am the one who started this and you have done nothing but send me to websites, which did not help. This is what you call customer service !!!! What are you going to do to make me happy, If I was not on your customer service phone number for over 45 minutes and still did not get anywhere, was on hold, but Verison never answered. So I ask again Why would I want your service and pay your outragous prices. What are you ging to do to make me happy and my me have another look at Verison for my cell phone service, which I have not had in over 5 years...

Zip Code is 67846.  This is really getting aggravating.  Just had to place call 3 times as it was dropped within 45 seconds each time.  Again telling me that service was not available.  After waiting about a minute service again showed up.  3 times.

I have many questions, but I am still really angry, ****** and upset, by

everything that has happened in the past week. All of this headache just

because I was looking to get a new phone, the first new phone and service

in 5 years. I will email you back with my questions, but I need to know,

what area you going to do, to make me want verizon service, and that this

is just not going to get blown off, like it has felt for the past week.

We do not offer an email address for customers to reach us rather we are on facebook, twitter, and our forums to assist with needs as well as our chat team on our website. When ever you call our customer service team, that call is always free and it will not count against your voice minutes. To check your latest amount of minutes on your account, you can simply dial #MIN. You can always change your usage amount online for no additional cost and then you can change it right back the following month if you feel you will no longer need that alloted minute amount going forward.
