I paid off my Google Pixel phone at Verizon store & upgraded to the Pixel 3. They gave me a box to mail in my old phone as they said I could get $90 trade in credit.
A month passed I got no credit but worse is a $90 charge on my bill that says "Auto Trade in Adjustment". I've talked to 4 people at Verizon and & got 4 different foolish stories & charge is there & no $90 credit for my trade in that they acknowledged they received.
Anybody got a suggestion as they owe me for my trade in & the $90 charge is ridiculous
