No, mobile-to-mobile minutes don't count against your plan, assuming your plan includes them (not all plans do).  You can double-check which numbers are mobile-to-mobile here:

No, mobile-to-mobile minutes don't count against your plan, assuming your plan includes them (not all plans do).  You can double-check which numbers are mobile-to-mobile here:

Keep in mind mobile phones from other providers are not included in Verizon's M2M.
