I've had Verizon for over a year now and have NEVER went over the data usage but within the last few hours i manage to exceed the use of my 1GB to 202.68GB. When i go to my Verizon phone app it automatically sends a pop message saying i used 20268%, is this even possible? but then when i log out and log back inits says i used 202.68MB out of 1GB which is correct but still says overage and shows 100% usage. Please tell me im not the only one with this issue???
