Why do I continue to get an "all circuits are busy" message when trying to call out? I even tried to call the customer support number on the Verizon website, and what do you know, "all circuits are busy". For real? This is pretty [removal required by the Verizon Wireless Terms of Service] service from a company that claims to have the best coverage in the nation. What a joke. Get your stuff together Verizon. People are paying you millions on millions of dollars a year and you can't even have enough access points for calls to go through.

Quincy19,
We want to make sure you can reach us any time! You definitely shouldn't get a message like that. What type of phone do you have? What is your current zip code? When did this issue start?

Does anybody ever get answers to their problems? I have seen the request for zip code, phone type and date of problem so many times and there is never an update. I am having this problem too.

I didn't really get "answers" to the problem. I was told I could buy a signal booster for my house ( which would help oh so much if I wasn't home) or that Verizon would let me cancel my contract because they don't have a tower in my area.
After driving back and forth (30 minutes each way and more than once) to be under the Verizon tower, the issue was still not fixed. I was told it was an issue with the carrier tower they piggy back from.
I could call any landline in my area but not any other Verizon customers. So I'm not sure about the truth of that statement. Verizon said they would create a ticket or something to get the issue on a fix it list.
I was not the only person in my area with the issue.
Basically I don't know what happened. Late that night I got a call from a Verizon user that went through. I still have slow internet connection as well as dropped calls. Sometimes I will get 5-6 texts or emails at the same time from hours earlier.
Seems like they would build a tower or work better with the companies who have towers here. (Wilkesboro, NC) I don't pretend to understand it all, I just want what I pay for each month to work.
