The address book on my wife's DROIDX goes back to the home screen when she tries to add a contact, delete, or call someone. Does anyone no how to fix this problem it started around the 23rd of April
Having a working address book is important to staying connected with friends and family PhilTolli! Let's find a resolution to this problem for your wife. Is the phone damaged? Is she having any other issues with the phone? Is she using a third-party application for storing contacts? Have your wife clear some memory, like old/long text threads and browser history. Also try power cycling the device. Keep us posted on the status of your issue.
