4g data unusable during the day

Harrisburg PA.  Speeds are great at night after the state employees leave town but clearly the network is overloaded during the day. 

Speed test will report 0 to .01mbps, if it can even complete.

Maybe Verizon will eventually increase capacity there, or if multiple users switch to another provider it could improve your service in the meantime through lowered congestion
