The situation with 4G service blanking out has gotten worse. Verizon Support Ticket (removed) shows zero 4G service and only limited 3G service near our home. We used to get decent 4G service. Tech advised that increased traffic on tower over past several year reduces 4G service area. Diagnostics show phone ok. We are paying for 4G service but not getting it. What is Verizon going to do about degraded 4G service?
