Hello stanleymac,

Help is just a posting away! It will be my pleasure to partner with you and get your 4G working properly. May I ask what zip code are you in? Also, what make and model device do you have? Can I assume that you are not having any voice issue? As you share the details then we can get this taken care of you. We're looking forward to your reply.

Thank you...

When I got the new Droid last summer we had 4G in Pocatello, ID zip code 83201 & at my house near Mccammon ID zip code 83250. We winter in AZ & when we came home we don't have it in either town.

Thanks so much for that information, stanleymac. Welcome back home!  I was able to check 83201, but I do not have any other 4G issues reported there. I have nothing at all for 83250.
Let me ask, are other also having problems with 4G since you have returned home?
Do you get any data signal at all? First,  power off/on and remove/reinsert the SIM card. When you turn it back on, go to
Settings>Mobile Data>Preferred network>LTE/CDMA.
Once completed, let me know what happens.
