I am a user of many devices and Motorola devices were my fav because they were made in the USA. There aren't any that appeal to me now. I do however share your sentiment on a few views.I do't make the rules but I like to follow them. Please tell me, which device do you have? - Carter

I'd like to get a 4G LTE SYM card for my 2G Samsung Gusto 3. I don't care if I can only make, receive calls and talk. I don't care it it slow. My local Verizon store says this is not possible.

Your Sim card is not the problem. Your phone is not capable of working on LTE because it does not have LTE hardware in it. That phone will not work anywhere in the United States because all carriers are shutting down 2G and 3G service. Your local Verizon store was absolutely correct.

4G IS non existant. in the DILLONVALE,OH 43917 AREA if verizon would get their dang head out of their stupid butt and do what tmobile did before deploying 4g they would have more happy customers..
I am one of those customers that 3g is the only option unless i use tmobile (tmobile uses the 600mhz band and their 4g service full strenth ahead in the fringe area where i live.. BEING VERIZON DOES NOT OPERATE ON THE 600MHZ they operate on the gigherz band, they are 100% dirt.... Verizon Verizon has always been trash in this area, since they came out 3g..
Atleat TMOBILE is out wiping up the TRASH THAT Verizon is leaving behind.... May cost me more but Never had a drop call or data connection...Tmobile is my only HOME PROVIDER, Verizon prepaid is my backup, but they dont do something soon. Good bye verizon and say hello to TMOBILE.. I live out in the fringe area, and TMOBILE just pushes beyond VERIZON GIG BAND and they continue to operate in the VHF 600MHZ tv band... thank you TMOBILE... WORTHLESS VERIZON dirt....

Verizon isn't going to care about those in fringe areas threatening to leave. People living there shouldn't care about Verizon either or any company for that matter. If one company provides better service, use them. The whole concept of loyalty to a multi billion dollar company is a silly one.
Alternatively, you can also move to somewhere with better infrastructure.

So why are you complaining? T-mobile is cheaper, so if they’re so great, why would you not switch?
Most of us would be delighted if T-Mobile had decent service in their area, we could save a few bucks. Unfortunately T-mobile is at best ‘fair’ and the only place they put 5G services in the very rural areas.
I will never understand why someone complains instead of just doing something about it. Gaaaaah 😝
