211 + Real Human CS Contact?

Hello - two questions please:

Why does Verizon not permit connection to 211 (United Way/Emergency Services?

Is there ANY way to reach a human in any of the Customer Service Departments?

I've now spent hours trying many possible or suggested contact numbers, and CHAT is never live or available.

The Verizon Wireless Customer Service is 1-800-922-0204 from a landline or *611 from your phone. At the phone tree select option 4 and say agent.

The prepaid customer service number is 1.888.294.6804 or *611 from your phone.
