We've been getting the military discount (15%) on the month to month plan for a couple months now. But we had to keep calling verizon to manually adjust it as it wasn't applying itself to the bill every month.
So this month I called verizon to apply the military discount again. Now they're tellin me that the discount doesn't apply to the month to month.
What in the *&^%?
Everything on verizon has a 15% off military discount applied?
Is that right? That we can't get the discount on the month to month plan?
***bleep** off at Verizon... once again*

It depends:
If you were already a Verizon customer and your contract ran out and that's why you're month-to-month then yes, you can still get your 15% discount.
However, if you signed up as a new customer without buying a phone and you have no contract, then no, you're not eligible for your 15% discount.
