I am trying to pair my kids phones to be able to use the content filters on the Smart family app. I have texted instructions and tried to install the app. The app comes up but only the location feature is working. It is saying it is still not paired. With old iphones a vpn was used but no VPN questions were asked when I download on the Google pixel 3. Any suggestions?
