Still getting "Unknown" callers

Hello,

For the past month, signed up for FamilyBase control to get rid of soliciting calls of "Private/Unavailable/OutOfArea/Etc".

Which has been fine for the past 3 weeks until last week.   Now getting "Unknown" callers trying to solicit.   Doesn't this feature eliminate those "Unknown" callers ?
